Can anyone offer any advice on my problem. I inserted the date with the update on save box checked into my template and it ran ok for a week and now gives me a type error "currLock has no properties".
How can I fix this?

Does anybody have a solution or know the reason for this...it happens to me all-the time!

What are the symptoms and details?

I have the same currLock problem but it is intermittent. The errors show up
for a while and then go away for a while.

I also have a problem with the Update on Save feature of Insert Date
referenced in:

adid=840811&forumid=12#3013545

DW repeatedly writes the Date HTML code chunk at random places on the page. It
got to the point I had to remove the Dates from my pages because DW absolutely
trashed every page they were on. DW can't seem to locate the Date code and
overwrite it properly to update the date. Some pages had 6 copies of the date
code on them!

DW appears to have 2 issues in this Date functionality. Could someone at MM
confirm that these issues have been reported to MM development and let us know
if they are being addressed?

Thanks

I am using build 7.0.1.2181.

If you want communication directly with MM, you should contact them
directly. This is not an official vehicle for such I/O so to speak....

Did anyone ever find resolution to this problem other than removing the dates altogether?
