I am interested in having my site resize automatically to a range of viewers screen resolution. Is there any facility in dreamwaever that accomodates this?

No. Just leave the handling of the window size to the user. Chances are
he knows exactly what he wants - much better than you. Instead, make the
site adapt to the window by using e.g. percentage widths, etc, or look here:
