| Can anyone advise me as I have a client whom needed some text removed from
their site some 5 weeks ago. I did this but only today they emailed me to
day that I hadn't moved it. I obviously got them to refresh their page but I
was wondering why after all this time the page didn't show the changes. I
make many changes to this particular site (static site only) and I'm hoping
that these changes are happening faster than this. I thought I read
somewhere that there was some sort of 'get' and 'respond' thingy that was
sent between the browser and server to see if there were any changes since
the last visit in order to avoid unnecessary traffic over the net.
Any advice would be great.
