One link for two targets

| Hi,
Is it possible to make a link pointing two files so, if the one is missing
(i.e. the path is wrong) the other to be displayed?

| then make custom variants of the files for each of them, so that their HD
file is linked to their CD on their machine.

I'm not sure I understand what do you mean by "custom variants".
Do you mean two links each pointing to different location?
That was my first idea, but then I decided to post here if there is
something else... A javascript perhaps...
