Hey All,

I've entered this tag into my website editor as text that will be hidden
keywords for the search engines:

<h10>graphic design services web design services chal art</h10>

What i want to do is still have that tag, but i want it to be WHITE...not
black...so what do i add to the code to make it white?

My background is white, that's why i want it white -- so that it can't be
seen...cuz it looks ugly and has no reason to be there except for keywords
only...

any help on the code would be appreciated!

thanks,
chalin111@aol.com

You can not hide text from search engines and if you try this technique you
will find yourself being blacklisted by the search engines that you are
trying to fool.

Make sure that your content contains keywords within the *alt* and *title*
attributes as this seems to be important than meta tags these days.

Terry is right, this is the oldest trick in the book and SEs will ban you.

You will get high rankings if you make good use of <h1> tags, keywords in
your text and good descriptive title for each page.

More SE info at the resources link in my sig if you care to have a read.

In all honesty I have no idea :-)
it is that far down the scale from a H1 that it wouldn't make any difference
if it was h10 or standard text.

Rather than worrying about how to change the color of the heading / text,
the OP could be spending the time optimising the page as best they can for
the SEs............

Yup. And the way to do that is to have Content, Content, Content:

<h1>About Gizmos</h1>
<h2>Short Gizmos</h2>
<p>Short Gizmos lorem ipsum...</p>
<h2>Red Gizmos</h2>
<p>Red Gizmos lorem ipsum...</p>
