Author Problems with Links and Target Frames

Hello. Please Help.

I have recently developed a frame page in dreamweaver. It is uploaded as :
http://www.musicapp.com/BandsIndex1Frameset.html

I am using imagemaps in all 3 frames. The imagemap links work fine from the
navigator frame to the target frame which is Content. The problem is as soon as
you click a link in the navigator frame none of the links set up in the content
frame work. The cursor doesn't even recognise them as links.

Advice is necessary... Please help.
Thanks
