Hello
Does anyone knows in which circumstances this message appear?

Dreamweaver requires that you type your Passphrase
Name:
Paswword:

OS 10.2.8
Dreamweaver MX 2004

Now, if the user type his password, he gets a blue screen, but Dreamweaver
won't launch.

Try this:

Open Disk Utility which is located in Applications/Utilities and set the
permissions of the disk.
