There's some pretty good CSS people who hang out here. If you go over to
Project Seven (http://projectseven.com/ news://forums.projectseven.com/)
they have a forum dedicated to the topic.

For general, as well as advanced CSS in a Dreamweaver context, I would
recommend our newsgroup as well.
