Pop up Menu - Why won't it keep changes?

Hi everybody, I desperately need help understanding why my pop up menu won't
keep any changes I make. I followed the Macromedia tutorial and had a pop up
menu. Then my client wanted to add some more items for the submenu. I added
them and now everytime I upload the page and review it on the web, the pop up
menu doesn't reflect my changes. I've been going for hours trying to figure
out how to make the changes stick. I even created a brand new pop up menu and
I still have the same problem. Any ideas?

Thanks for that suggestion. I tried the snap menu tutorial and got it 99%
working... Any tips on how I can add more menu items (buttons)? I tried
adding them in the Dreamweaver code but the Studio VII extention thing doesn't
show them for the layer part...
