Ya, im absolutely horrible at forms. I have a form im trying to do at
http://www.sehs.us/forms/submitscores.shtm .
I have it set up, but i cant figure out how to send it to a db. Can anyone
help me out?

You set up your Dreamweaver site for your particular server model, then
in server behaviors you use the "Insert Record" behavior.

Which server model are you using? PHP, ASP, Coldfusion ?
