Configure your firewall to allow DW to tickle the net connection. Or read
the Technote about 'server busy' at the MM Technote link in my signature.

This is from the Release notes -

There are known issues using Dreamweaver MX on a system that has Zone Labs
ZoneAlarm. If you experience any problems, configure ZoneAlarm to allow
Dreamweaver MX to act as a server and connect to the internet. If problems
still persist, consult the Dreameaver Support Center for additional
information.

I am not finding the technote either. But you may also find many threads
about this with Google -

http://groups.google.com/advanced_g...dia.dreamweaver

Search for "zone alarm" or "server busy" and see what you find.
