| i downloaded coffee and high flyer CSS extentions used these then had to reboot
after installing coral draw 9 OEM. The funny thing is, is that i can use
dreamweaver on the same PC with a limited account no trouble at all. I cant
save any work with this account but the command menu works fine. I guess i have
a problem with the admin account but what i dont know

| Are you ***SURE*** they are all DMX compatible? Your symptoms are just what
happens when you install an extension that is not DMX compatible (for the
record, what you downloaded with coffee and flighty were packaged and
installed like extensions, but they are site templates - I know those would
be DMX compatible).

| I have found the problem. In window explorer if i veiw the program files tree -
macromedia- dreamweaver MX 2004 i have 4 configuration folders. these are
listed as
configuration
configuration-1
configuration-2
and
configuration(2)
the files in these config folders all vary. i copied the shared folder from
the configuration folder to the rest and i am now back working. 1 question. why
do i have all these configuration folders?

| You get one each time you reinstall DW. The only one used is Configuration.
The others are just backups, and couldn't possibly be contributing to your
problem.
