Author I can't activate Dreamweaver!!

Hi, I installed Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 but I can't activate it!!! When
I enter my serial number, an error message appears. ''Unable to connect to the
Internet, the software was unable to activate due to network problems''

How can I solve this? I'm using a broadband Internet connection and I already
disabled my firewall.
HELP!!! ;-;
