Why when i draw a layer on an image to write over it ive got to put the layer
shit-over the image like that :
http://membres.lycos.fr/test88/Sans%20titre.JPG
Is that normal? is there other ways to wirte over some images or banners ?

| Why this?
<%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252"%>
Are you creating ASP - Javascript pages?
So tell me - what is it you are asking? Are you saying that when you get
the text aligned with the image in DW's design view and then preview the
page in the browser, that the two are NOT aligned?
If so, you probably have Visual Aids distorting things in the DW Document
window's design view. Try VIEW | Visual Aids > Hide all, before positioning
the layer.

No. The method I described in my last post will allow you to align your
'layers' and images pretty well (inside Dreamweaver). HOWEVER - if you are
trying to align a 'layer' with a centering page element (like a table), the
centering page element will always move away from the layer as the browser's
viewport is resized. This is because a 'layer' is absolutely positioned at
a given set of coordinates on the page, and will always appear there no
matter what your browser's viewport dimensions are. Is that your problem?
> 2/ Is there other ways to write over an image ?(in DW)
Sure - you can make the image a background image for a container, and put
your text into the container (a table, or a division)
