Author Binding to a Textarea with ASP-VBScript

I am doing an Update page with an ASP-VBScript server model. As I bind
database entries in the detail page, the text boxes and lists bind perfectly
but the textarea (a comments entry) will not bind. It shows the binding in
Dreamweaver but nothing comes up on the actual page.
When I switch to a PHP/MySQL ADODB server model, it binds without a hitch but
I need it to work with ASP-VBScript.
Any help would be appreciated.

It could be to do with cursors. Have a look at my article on the subject

That didn't work but your article did point me in the right direction. I am
using an Access Database with the forms. Apparently you cannot bind an item
twice when using an Access database (putting Current Comments and binding them
to the table and then trying to bind them again to the textarea to append to
the comments prior to updating.) It works fine to bind twice with MySQL. I
guess its time to move away from Access.

You can solve this by using a cursorlocation of 3
