Flicks to top of page in Design View

| Sometimes when working in Design View, clicking in a table cell or pressing the
enter key will make the display flick to the top of the web page I am working
on, placing the cursor outside of table altogether. This is very annoying. Is
there some way to stop it? Thanks

| The only way to stop it is to complain to the design team and hope they fix
it in the next release!
