Author Hotspot Link, Please Refresh Me

I've put some PDF files on a site and want to add a link to Adobe for those
that don't have Acrobat Reader installed.

I have the 'Get Adobe Reader' graphic, and I know that I must make it a
'hotspot' but I can't remember how to create the link to 'adobe.com'

In doing so, I would like to open 'adobe.com' as a new page over the top of my
site and slightly restricting its size.

I've done it before but can't remember how, something to do with behaviours I
think.

Select the graphic, and enter the link URI into the link field of the
Property inspector.
