Dreamweaver - link checker and base href

Hi there,

I am attempting to use the link checker function/ broken links in dreamweaver,
however, I am using a base href on all my pages so all the links appear in the
results as broken.

Is there a way to assign the base href to the validator ? I assumed --you know
what they say about that -- that the link checker would have taken that into
account.
