| I have done this set up many times and had it working perfectly, but I cannot
find what I know is going to be a simple mistake.
I have an .asp web page stored in a folder below the wwwroot on an IIS server.
In the wwwroot folder is the access database.
There is an OBDC link created on the IIS server to point to the access
database.
When I try to configure the testing server on the laptop that I have DW
installed, unless I select "localhost" as the testing server it will not allow
the binding options to be ticked.
As none of the files are on the laptops "localhost" there is a 404 page not
available error as soon as I try to preview it. If i connect to the page from
outside the laptop there is an OBCD error.
I think I need to get the testing server set as the root folder of the page,
within the IIS server, but trying all settings I can think of gets me nowhere.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
