Over-riding CSS selector styles

Hi,

I've set links on my site to be in grey - using the CSS selector and choosing
'links'.

However, on some pages - I want the links to be another colour - as the
background is grey and the links in grey gets lost.

I've tried creating a seperate style sheet - to c0olour these links another
colour (e.g. white) - but it doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone help me solve this?

Pseudo-classes and container styles are what you need - here are some
