Dreamweaver - SITE ON cdrom?

I am new so try not to laugh to hard. I want to build a site and store
and run it from a CD-ROM. What I am trying to do is build my portfolio's
for school on a CD-ROM. I want to be able to include text documents,
power point, and key note presentations, as well as spread sheets all
from a index page using links. Can this be done with Dream Weaver? If so
are there any tuts or places to go look for information about this?
