Sorry...but I need someone's help on this. If I go to the Control Panel and then to Add or Remove Programs and click on Remove, it doesn't uninstall. It doesn't do anything at all.

Try installing the same version over the top of it and then try
uninstalling it again. That should re-install the uninstaller.
