Dreamweaver - Applying style sheet to multiple files

I know how to attach a stylesheet, but is there a DW function that will apply a
style sheet to all files in a site (one easy step--or a couple steps)?

I guess it could be done with Find & Replace or by utilizing a template (from
the start), but if all the files are built without an ext CSS, is there a DW
function specifically designed to do this?

take a look at using Find and replace-

Find-->Specific Tag <head>
Action insert <link blah blah src="/mycssfile.css"> before closing tag

if you use a site root relative path to the .css file, it will work on the
server in any folder level.
