| I am trying to find the best way to update information (about once a week) in a
table in DWMX2004, from an Excel file. Copy/paste brings a dialog that states
that it cant complete the paste because it "does not contain table cells".
I read previous posts, and replies, on how to get Excel data into a table in
DWMX 2004. Unfortunately, I cannot find the File-Import-Excel File option.
All I have in my 'Import' menu is 'XML Into Template...' and 'Tabular Data'.
I have tried Import Tabular Data, but it does not carry over proper
formatting, and I need to save a version of the Excel file as a tab-delimited
file.
If it matters I am on Mac OSX v.10.3.

| Mac cannot do the import. Sorry. Can you find a PC version of DMX2004?

| while in Excel, do a "save as" and save it as a CSV comma separated values.
then you CAN import that file with Import -->Tabular Data
