Hi,

I'm not sure if product recommendations are really allowed in this forum, but
I'm a newbie web app developer and there is a book that has been invaluable to
me thus far. If you go to www.webassist.com, they have a product called Web
Application Recipes which is a suite of code snippets that plug in to
Dreamweaver and a book that has step-by-step instructions on building numerous
different forms and complete web apps. The recipes include user login, time
cards, forums, survey builders, etc.

Really good stuff and they have instructions in the book for ASP (Java and VB
script), Coldfusion, and PHP

Otherwise there might be free tutorials that give you what you're looking for,
but I can't recommend anything more without knowing just what sort of form you
are looking to build.

There are too many possibilities for forms, can you narrow it down a little?
