I need to have in a form one place where the visiting annex its curriculum
vitae and after everything filled when sending the form to also send the
curriculum...
I don't wrote very well english so i put the same in portuguese..
Eu preciso de ter num formul?rio um sitio para os visitantes anexarem o seu
curriculum vitae e depois de tudo preenchido ao enviar o formul?rio enviar
tamb?m o curriculum...

I would suggest, that if you are using a database for this site, you look at
uploading the file to the server, instead of Emailing it, as Email attachments,
need to the file to be on the server anyway, you will have to use an Uploader
script, so you might as well just Insert the persons details into a database,
and the file name, and use say ASP Uploader to upload the CV to the server,
then you can log in to the website and view the visitors details, and nothing
bar say a notification email is sent to you.
You have to take into consideration that email peoples personal details about,
and thats includes the CV is a security risk, and unless you inform them that
you intend to do this, could be contrey to Data Protection.

If you wish for more help, do feel free to ask...if you could supply the
language you are building your site in, it would also be a big assistance.

This may be what you are after.
