I installed the extension and do like it but wish I could remove the blue title
bar at the top of the Open Browser Window. This Open Picture Window Fever is
neat but wish I didn't have to have that blue bar at the top of the window.
Otherwise the picture is hugged and looks great.

Please let me know if there is indeed a way.

I think there are some javascript ways to try and do that which aren't
reliable in different browsers. If you checked all the right boxes you
should have no toolbar and a minimum of anything there so you probably need
to be happy with what you have.

What you're asking for is called a chromeless window. Most recent
browsers have disabled that capability for security reasons.
