Dreamweaver - Where can I find Update Styles in Dreamweaver?

Where can I find Update Styles in Dreamweaver?

When I was trying to use the InstaGraphics Extensions for Dreamweaver MX 2004
v2.1.0 to convert text to an image, the drop down list for Fireworks Styles was
empty. When I clicked OK, an error message would come up saying that the style
I chose was no longer available in Fireworks and asking me to choose another
style or click Update Styles to get the latest style list from Fireworks.
However, there was no Update Styles button in Dreamweaver, and all the styles
in Fireworks work. Where can I find Update Styles?
