Help! why the website flashes white

| I'm currently creating a website, in html and when I click and move to another
page, where the images are and the background turn white before they are loaded
in.... how can I stop this? please help

| I had that problem for awhile myself, but mine was turning black. Im assuming
that you are using a background image instead of a color? If that is the case
I BELIEVE that you may have both a background image AND a color. Browsers will
read the color first and then put in the image. So if Im right go to
MODIFY>PAGE PROPERTIES and then in the appearance catagory where you put in the
background image make sure the "background color" is blank. Highlight and
delete anything that might be in the text field. Reload the page and you
should be good to go.

| Maybe you could change the background colour of the page to the same colour
as the background colour of the image. If you see what I mean.

| This is what is known as FOUC, or flash of unstyled content. The solution
is amazingly simple. Just put a link to an external file in the head of the
document.
