Author HELP! Loading Bar?

Hello all,

Very new to this. I searched the readme ans found nothing.
I have MP3's and MPEG's on my site and I can't figure out how to indicate to
people that they are loading either by:

- a loading bar
- preloader
- "one moment please" window or...whatever.

I worry that some may give up on the download unless they are appeased by
something other than an hourglass. Can this be done without FLASH or
additional plug-ins?
Thanks for entertaining such a bonehead question. Peace!

Not really. Are you embedding these both on the page? If so, then you should
probably be using Flash anyways...it gives both you and the end user a lot
more control over the experience.
