Updating Fireworks HTML Sitewide

Is there anyway to do this with Insert>Image Objects>Fireworks HTML ? I have a
navbar made in Fireworks and everytime I change it I have to delete and insert
it into the pages again. Plus when I delete it Dreamweaver doesn't erase the
old mmmenus() methods and I have to go through the code and erase it so it will
even load the new stuff fast enough. Sometimes it hangs if I don't erase the
code. Any ideas or tips much to be appreciated.
