Author Scaling drop shadow?

how do i make a scaling drop shadow like the one used on the macromedia content window, i want the drop shadow to become dynamic so no mater the content it will scale with the table.

I'm too lazy to look up the MM page you're referring to, but try this:

However, "scaling" means ...."scaling", i.e. that the shadow will become
scaled in all directions, e.g. also more dense if the image is smaller.
If you pardon me from having a visual designer's point of view, that's
just wrong since it will make an impression that different elements have
different distances from the background, plus that it might appear as if
the shadows are "harder" on smaller elements. Yuk.
