Author DW4 shuts down while accessing the remote

I yse DW4 and XP, Built the site in DW4 no problems customer made edits wiht
Contribute 2 now if I try to access the www folder on the remote my DWQ
encounters a problem and shuts down, DW works fine on my other 20 sites. Is
Contribute2 non compatable with DW4?
