I've got Dreamweaver MX Studio, but I'm new to this stuff and I'd like to
create a home page which is a collage of images from digital photographs and a
simple title in the middle of the page with a 'click to enter' link.
What's the best way of doing this so that (a) I can place the images where I
want them
(b)
The images blend into the background
(c)
The whole thing has a simple, clean look
Any help gratefully received as I am keen to learn

Use photoshop or FW or another image editor. Save as JPG. Slap it on your
HTML page.

The 'simple, clean look' will depend more on your skills as an artist more
than any particular technology.
