| I'm trying to migrate a site largely created in FronPage into Dreamweaver and
am having problems. After I define the site, Dreamweaver scans my files, but
just as it finishes scanning the files, the program freezes. However, if I
uncheck the "enable cache" box, my site loads up just fine without scanning the
files.
I'm not sure what's causing this and was wondering if any of you might know.
-- Background -- I recently took over managing this site. From my
understanding, it was originally created in FrontPage 98, then the previous web
editor took it to Net Object Fusion, had problems and came to FrontPage 2000.
Basically, I'm trying to clean up a very poorly managed site and make it look
like the profession site it should be.
