I have a special "flame" font that I have created a page with. When I view the
site in preview mode, it looks great. However, if someone views the site on
another computer the flame font is not longer there. How do I associate my page
with the flame font so it can be seen universally?

A browser will only display fonts that it finds on its own system. If a
special font is referenced on a page and the browser does not find it
locally, it will throw up a default font.
You either need to install that font on all your users' computers, or make
any use of it a graphic, or admit defeat and live contentedly.
