Author Need an Event Registration template or package ASAP!

I've been tasked to build (architecture, graphics, everything) a site to
allow online registration for an upcoming event... I can build my own but
its probably going to take a while longer than the client wants. Does anyone
know of the best method or architecture for such a site? How about any
prebuilt packages I can buy to provide me the backbone? Thanks in advance-

take a look at what's listed at http://hotscripts.com for the flavor of
scripting you want to use.
