Author Convert HTML page to PHP page?

Is there an extension or something that I can use to convert an html page to a
php page?

I have a realtors site but all the pages are in html. I want to take two of
those pages and convert them to PHP so I can add a repeat region and set up a
MySQL database table so each time he gets a new listing the information will
pull from the database table and show the new listing. (I know how to do all
this part). I bought a template from someone so I could work smarter instead
of harder. So, that's why I have two html pages I want to convert to php.

I'm not a programmer, so instructions would have to be simple for me to make
the conversion or pay someone to do it for me. That's why I was wondering if
there were an extension or some little snippet of code that would do it for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Add your PHP code and rename with PHP extension. I'm not a programmer
either, but it's time to get your feet wet. There is a great tutorial
somewhere on Macromedia's site, it's called something like, "Your
First Store".
