Dreamweaver - Disappearing Libraries!

Disappearing Libraries!

I hope someone can help me with this. I set up a new web site last year and
included several Library navigation files. I have added and taken away from
them quite happily for the last six months with no problems - until now.

I have edited the Library files and duly updated all the files that include
them and these files appear fine within DW, however when I preview the site in
Internet Exporer 6.0 the links do not work and the background images disappear.
The only thing that seems slightly odd within the HTML script is that somehow
the "../" disappears in the time I insert the item into a basic page.

Any ideas??
