Dreamweaver - Show realtime download stats?

Hello Gurus,

I am new to DW; it looks really good. But I am wondering if there is an
easy way to show realtime stats.

That is, I have a download link button, and I want to have a number next
to it that says how many times it's been clicked, in real time. (Well,
real-time enough such that the new number appears the next time the page
is refreshed or displayed)

I basically want to show something like "Top 10 downloads" and show the
pseudo-realtime number next to each one.

What's the best way to do this, in your opinion?
