| Untill recently I had no problem with the following.
My webpages and templates are combined with English and Arabic text. This
works fine by using UFT-8 settings.
Now, when I open a template or an existing htm page, is seems ok, untill I
preview the page. Then, the arabic characters change into unreadeable
characters.
As far as I can recall I haven't changed anything. Please help me out.

| I've discovered the problem.
The following line:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
was not in first couple of lines, but for some reason, went down in the
source. Putting it on top again, solved the problem.
