Dreamweaver - Images are stuck

Whether i open a existing page or start a new one my images and all stuck to
the left hand side of the page and i cant move them by selecting them or
assigning them to top, centre or bottom. Have i got something on which it
stopping me from moving them? Help is appreciated

Get a book on HTML and spend some time with it. That's how things like
images and tables work. If you want to move stuff around on the page, then
you have to put them into either a) a table structure that lets you position
things within the matrix of cells, or b) a positioned page element, like a
DW "layer". Check DW's F1 help for further information.
