How do I save my HTML page as .pdf?

You have to print a page as pdf which takes a pdf writer or conversion tool.
Adobe Acrobat is one .. so is RoboPDF .. there are addins to convert Word
documents to PDF and so on.

If you have the full Adobe Acrobat you can open the page in IE, use the
PRINT function, and choose distiller.
