No, the DW site definitions are NOT available. What I have is the
site itself, in HTML.

So, how does one import >that<?

copy the files off the cd into a New empty folder on that machines hard
drive.

open dw.
Dw menu-->Site-->Edit Sites.

click the New Site button.

define the local folder for this site, to that folder you just put the files
in...
