Author Styling a database held document

Off topic I know, but does anyone have any experience with styling a database
held document as it is called (not in something like word but in the html
page). ie making paragraph headers bold and lists properly tagged in the html
page?

I don't understand the question. Are you asking how to apply styles to html?
What's a database held document?
