Are there any tools out there that can help me make menus like this one?

I like the way it slides out smoothly, thanks in advance!

FYI, I am on a mac, OS9.2, IE 5.1.7, and I will tell you, the menus do not
work on my computer.

If you mean the sliding menus at the top of the page, the one they use is
freeware from http://simplythebest.net/scripts/dhtml_script_114.html

Open the js file and you'll see "youngpub". Try Google that and you'll
eventually end up here http://youngpup.net/2004/transmenus/project

A script that works only for Windows PCs is IMO flawed. There may be
legitimate reasons for switching from Mac to PC, but this isn't one of them.
