Author unwanted shift

As you can see from the file I attached, the top nav I created which includes
text that contain links and two images (backward and forward).

When the text wraps (blah blah blah), it causes a right shift in my top nav
bar. If I don't allow the content (blah blah blah) to reach the end of the
page, there is not shift.

What is wrong???

No file attachments on your post. They are not transferred from the
webforum (where most of the questions are asked) to the NNTP forum (where
most of the questions are answered).

Do you have a URI for the files?
