Is there some way to limit Dreamweaver to creating only HTML 4.2 pages? Or is there a list as to what is not supported in 4.2? My target browser is 4.2.

Why would you need to do this?

Hmmm ... not sure what you mean about 4.2. The last W3C HTML recommendation
was version 4.01, dated Dec 18, 1997. Since then, all development has been
on XHTML.
