I have shared hosting with a service that provides CF 4.5 and the ability to
create a DNS for an Access file. I do not have RDS access. I want to use DW
MX to create content. However, when I try to create a page and want to work
with my Access file, it asks for this RDS. My hosting company, which shall
remain nameless (OK, ReadyHosting) offers no support on this.

What can and can't I do in this environment? How can I set up DW MX to create
content?
