I have a word doc that has certain formatting. About 50 lines, each line has a
name and a colon in bold followed by some text in non-bold. i.e. LISA
BRYANT: Blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Since I have >50 lines like that, it's not practical for me to copy, paste,
and then format. Does anyone know how to keep the formatting while pasting?

Use DMX2004? It would work pretty well for you.

Use DMX with the HTML from a FILE | Save As... > HTML document in Word?
